What makes Renewal Zone Arizona’s Best Online Real Estate School?  We are Arizona owned and operated, so we really understand the local real estate markets.  Our instructors are from Arizona’s real estate business community and have written continuing education classes with pertinent information for Arizona licensees.  The founder, Lynn Palmer, an Arizona native, received her real estate license in 1985 and Broker’s license in 1990.  The Renewal Zone team is passionate about this great State and passionate about Education!

Who is taking real estate classes through Renewal Zone?  Realtors from around Arizona have enjoyed our school’s residential real estate classes.  New Home Sales Associates have been delighted to finally find online CE classes that are new home sales specific.  Property Management and Commercial Real Estate agents alike have fulfilled their 24 hours of real estate continuing education at our online school.

There are many choices for online real estate continuing education, but few schools provide information that is relevant to your field and relevant to selling real estate in AZ.  Our Real Estate School is Arizona grown and Arizona focused.  Whether you live in the Phoenix area, Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Yuma, or even a small Arizona town, Renewal Zone is your answer.  Many of our students are from the Big City and don’t have time to drive to a school; others are from a small Arizona town and don’t have as many options for real estate continuing education.  Either way, give us a try!  You won’t be disappointed!

What is required by the ADRE for real estate license renewal?  The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years.  The following CE categories and number of renewal hours are required:
Agency (3), Contract Law (3), Com. Standards (3), Disclosure (3), Fair Housing (3), Legal Issues (3), General (6)

Note:  As of 1/1/13, Designated Brokers and Delegated Associate Brokers need 3 Broker Management Clinics (9 hours) every 2 year.  Our Broker Management Clinics are coming soon.  For further information on renewal requirements, go to the ADRE website at:.  www.azre.gov and click on continuing education FAQs.
