 Renewal Zone is the online source for real estate continuing education developed and managed by the Palmer Murray Real Estate School, an organization comprised of highly respected, accomplished real estate professionals, each with extensive experience in the industry.
Renewal Zone has assembled a team of faculty members, who have written exceptional classes relating to their specific fields of expertise. The goal of Renewal Zone is to offer general real estate classes, new home sales classes, and appraisal classes that are convenient, easy to understand and will fulfill the requirements of each State's continuing education requirements.
While Renewal Zone is in the process of developing new real estate classes for the various states, we are currently offering classes through a national real estate education partner.
Renewal Zone is proud to offer real estate and/or appraisal continuing education classes for your real estate renewal hours that have been approved by the Department of Real Estate or the Real Estate Commission in the Virgin Islands, Guam and the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Required real estate continuing education classes such as Agency, Disclosure, Contract Law, Fair Housing, Legal Issues, Commissioner’s Standards, and Broker Management Clinics are all offered at Renewal Zone. In addition, there are numerous general topics offered as electives, approved as real estate continuing education classes, that fulfill the real estate license renewal class requirements in most States.
