When does your real estate license expire?  Are your 2-year real estate renewal classes due soon?

Although licenses are valid for 4 years in Arizona, you need 24 hours of real estate continuing education every 2 years!  

If your license does expire, what then? The Arizona Department of Real Estate allows you a one-year grace period, in which you are not allowed to conduct real estate business, but you can complete your renewal hours during that one year and have your license reinstated without having to go back and re-take the licensing courses or State exam.
