It’s time! Have you ever heard the “It’s Time” close? Through my 15 years of sales training, I have had the privilege of working with, and learning from, many seasoned real estate professionals.
A gentleman in Tucson, AZ shared this example. He said that when a buyer has seen a property numerous times, probably over weeks or months, he will finally say to the buyer … “It’s time”. He will say it with care and confidence and let the buyer know that it is okay to move forward. This has been a very successful close for him. It could work for you, too!
