This ADRE approved class will discuss Statutes, Commissioner's Rules and NAR Code of Ethics as they relate to professional conduct, duties to clients and customers, proper disclsoure, and real estate advertising.
This real estate continuing education class will also review the requirements for file retention for purchase contracts, leases, and employment agreements, including buyer/broker agreements and listing agreements.
