Disclosure for Residential Real Estate Class

The Residential Seller’s Property Disclosure Statement (SPDS) is the most important disclosure  document that is completed by the seller.  Sellers are obligated by law to disclose all known material facts about the property to the buyer.  The Arizona Association of Realtors has designed this form to assist in making these required disclosures and to avoid inadvertent nondisclosures of material facts.  The Residential Seller Advisory explains the SPSD and what it contains.  Scroll down to see the SPSD.  Please note the message to the buyer.
