The founder, Lynn Palmer, an Arizona native, received her real estate license in 1985 and Broker’s license in 1990. What is required by the ADRE for real estate license renewal? The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years. The following CE categories and number of renewal hours are required:
Agency (3), Contract Law (3), Com. Standards (3), Disclosure (3), Fair Housing (3), Legal Issues (3), General (6)
