Ask a “direct” closing question and you will never need another close! What is a direct close you ask? Rather than beating around the bush, you look the prospects directly in the eye and ask if they are ready to buy. If they like the home or lot, what is so hard about that? Here are some examples:
·        Are you ready to take this home off the market before someone else does?
·        Shall we start the paperwork for your new home?
·        Are you ready to own this fabulous home?
