New Broker Management Clinics for Arizona

Did you know that if you take the current Broker Management Clinic by December 31, 2012, and you are within your 2-year renewal period, you will not be required to take the 3 new Broker Management clinics that are required as of January 1, 2013?  Read the following Q & A from the ADRE:

"
What if I previously took the old BMC? Can that count toward my required continuing education?
If the Designated Broker has completed the old 3-hour BMC prior to January 1, 2013 for his or her renewal, the new 9-hour BMC will not be required to renew the broker’s license. If the Delegated Associate Broker has completed his or her 24-hour renewal requirements for his or her renewal, the new 9-hour BMC will not be required to renew the broker’s license. In both instances, the 24-hour renewal will then be required instead of the new 30-hour renewal."

If you take the Broker Management Clinic now, you will only need 24 hours to renew.  If you wait until January 1, 2013, you will need 30 hours to renew.  Check out our BMC:  click here
