What if you ask a closing question and the buyer says NO?
If you are not positive that the buyer will say yes, aren’t you setting yourself up for failure? NO.
If the buyer says no, it is an opportunity for you to find out why. If the buyer has concerns that need to be addressed, now is a good time to address them. What if the buyers just need to think it over?
Thinking it over is fine as long as the buyers always realize that the property is available to other buyers until a contract is accepted. If the buyers like the property, there are others who will like it too. The best thing to do is to take it off the market now!
