Real Estate Continuing Education

We have had several calls from students asking if the real estate continuing education requirements have changed for Arizona licensees and the answer is no.  If you are have a sales license, you are still required to take 3 hours of Agency Law, 3 hours or Contract Law, 3 hours of Disclosure, 3 hours of Fair Housing, 3 hours of Real Estate Legal Issues, 3 hours of Commissioner's Standards, and 6 hours of General.  If you are a real estate broker, you are required to take the Broker Management Clinic in lieu of Commissioner's Standards.  Next year the requirements will change for Brokers and you will be required to take an additional 6 hours of broker management classes.  That will be implemented in 2013.
