Systems we support?

We support Windows XP and Above, Mac-Macintosh-Apple, We require a Java compatable browser. We currently have some Flash on our site. We have tested Internet Explorer 7 and above, Firefox 3 and above, Safari 3 and above and certify them all to work. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled for our site.  

How do I create a user profile?

You will choose a user name and password that is unique to you. This will allow you to access your account from any computer that is connected to the internet. Click on "Register Now" and it will step you through the process. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Keep your user name and password in a safe place for future reference.
 

Can I edit my profile?

Yes, you can edit your profile at anytime. Just log-on to renewalzone.com from any computer, log-in to your profile and click "edit my profile". Then click "save" after you have changed the information.

How do I search for a class?

Select your industry and select your state from the map on the home page and then click on "View Classes" OR click on "Available Classes" in the menu bar at the top, select your industry and your state, and then click on "View Classes."

How do I enroll in a class?

Once you have registered with Renewal Zone, find the real estate class you would like to take, and click on "Buy" you will be asked for your credit card information.  Once you complete your purchase, you will be able to start the class.

Which courses are approved for my state?

The list of approved real estate renewal classes will be indicated. There will also be a list of non-approved career development classes that are available.

Can I take a class without registering?

No, you can preview a real estate class, but you cannot take a class until you have completed the registration process.

How do on-line classes work?

After you have registered, selected and purchased a real estate renewal class, you will be able to start the class.  Each class has several chapters. You will read through the chapters and take a short quiz at the end of each chapter. Some of the real estate classes have short videos incorporated with the written material. The final chapter is a 10 question quiz. Eight of the 10 questions must be answered correctly to pass the class. If 8 are not answered correctly, you will be given 10 more questions that you have already answered in the previous chapters. You will take the 10 questions quiz until 8 questions are answered correctly. At anytime, you may go back to any chapter to review the material.

How many times can I take a quiz?

As many times as needed to pass.

Can I leave during my class and finish it later?

Yes, if you are going to take a break for lunch or a phone call, just leave the class open.  However, if you are going to leave for an extended period of time, it is highly recommend that you click "Take a Break" and then click "Log-off"  When you are ready to finish the renewal class, just log back on and you will be returned to your profile page.  You will see your class under "Classes in Progress."   Click "continue" and the class will return to the beginning of the next chapter. 
Note:  It is best to complete the chapter quiz before clicking "Take a Break."

If I buy a package, how long do I have to complete the classes?

Our classes never expire!  You may come back during your next renewal period to take the remaining classes.

What if I don't like a class?

The real estate continuing education classes have been approved by the department of real estate or other appropriate licensing agency. Some topics are more interesting to students than other topics. All of the online real estate classes have relevance to your industry and are written in easy-to-understand language. Once you have purchased a class, you can take up to 12 months to complete it.

How can I print my certificate?

After you have completed the real estate class material and the final review quiz, you will be able to immediately print your certificate.

What if I lose my certificate?

You can log-in at anytime and go to your profile to re-print a certificate from a real estate renewal class you previously completed.

Will Renewal Zone contact the DRE or other appropriate licensing agency to let them know that I completed my class?

No, it is your responsibility to contact the real estate commission, department of real estate or other appropriate licensing agency to record your real estate renewal classes. 

What if I have problems with my class?

If you have problems, just click on "Technical Support" and you will be guided through our self help process. If you are still having difficulties, email us at support@renewalzone.com or call our friendly support staff at 480-951-8240, ext.1.

How do I post a resume?

Just register and upload your resume. After your resume is approved, it will be posted within 24 hours.

How do I post a job opening?

Just contact us at info@renewalzone.com and we will post your job opening. After the job opening is approved, your job opening will be posted to the Renewal Zone Job Fair within 24 hours.

How can I become part of your faculty and write a class?

Just e-mail your resume with your proposed real estate class outline to info@renewalzone.com, and we will respond.
